How It Works
Consultation
A design consultant addresses your questions and concerns while going through your vision and what you want to achieve in your sensory gym. They request a print, sketch, picture, or anything that will help with a comprehensive layout of your room.
Design
Once the design is drawn up to increase room functionality and flow, we answer all questions and concerns, offering unlimited changes until you're happy with the design and materials being installed.
Contract
Once both parties agree on the design and layout, we send over a contract stating that both parties have agreed upon the layout and cost. Financing is available at 0% interest for up to 12 months.
Manufacturing
After the contract is signed, our master carpenters — who specialize in sensory gym construction — begin milling your custom equipment at our facilities in Wisconsin and New Jersey. Everything is custom-built rather than shipped in boxes. Manufacturing typically takes three days to one week.
Delivery & Installation
Fun Factory delivers your sensory gym — nothing shows up in a box. Everything is wrapped for quality assurance. If anything is damaged, we replace it at no charge. Your installers are fast, friendly, and detail oriented. Home installations are completed in a single day.

Home sensory gym installations are completed in one day. Smaller clinics are typically done over a single weekend. Larger commercial facilities can take up to two weeks. We schedule work on weekends to avoid disrupting therapy schedules.
